• Anti Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Funding (AML and CTF) – changes to the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML/CTF) regime will amend existing obligations for reporting entities and regulate new sectors including lawyers with Tranche 2 reforms commencing 1 July 2026.  For more information, please refer to the attached flyers published by the Law Institute of Victoria and AUSTRAC
