For over 35 years Katrina has practised exclusively in Family Law. A leader in the field, she became an Accredited Family Law Specialist in the first intake in 1989. Assisting clients in all areas, she has a focus on complex financial disputes, often involving family trusts and corporate structures.
Katrina is mindful her clients are undergoing great personal stress. An excellent listener, she assists them sympathetically, whilst being totally professional. An advocate of alternative dispute resolution, she encourages compromise resulting in appropriate and fair outcomes. This avoids the cost and stress of litigation. If required, she expertly and robustly undertakes matters through the courts.
Katrina is involved with numerous organisations outside the legal profession, with a particular interest in and support of women’s groups.
