She has conducted proceedings in all State and Federal Courts and Tribunals. Kaye regularly advocates for clients in mediations and before the Courts and has acted for national and international companies to individuals.
With a broad litigation and commerce background Kaye takes the time to understand her client’s objectives and how the law can work to protect and enforce their rights in a cost effective manner. She understands that it is important to formulate a global strategy for each matter and fit for each individual client, whether that be to aggressively litigate or work to retain existing business or personal relationships.
