This means that:
▪ Lenders now have the opportunity to consider lending opportunities to equity rich Self-Managed Super Funds; and
▪ Self Managed Super Funds can now gear their assets to create more wealth.

Summary The Banking and Finance Team, headed by Tony Rogers, was delighted with the news that McKean & Park had been appointed to the Commonwealth Bank’s Legal Panel.

The appointment was specifically for one of the Bank’s major commercial lending subsidiaries.

Tony said, “that for a firm the size of Mckean & Park to be appointed to such a prestigious organisation, along with many of the largest law firms in Australia, was a real feather in our cap.”
