Outcome driven, she assists clients with complicated situations. This includes property settlements, maintenance, grandparents’ rights and matters involving companies, unsecured creditors and trustees in bankruptcy.
Maria represents the interests of children and is a member of the panel of Independent Children’s Lawyers. This specialist panel appoints lawyers to represent the interests of children in complex parenting cases.
For several years Maria has chaired the Education Working Group for the Family Law section of the Law Institute of Victoria. She also sits on the Family Law Executive and Courts Practice Committees.
