WHEN WORDS FAIL

It is a fact of the practice of law that when dealing with business and personal matters sometimes resolution can only be achieved through litigation. At McKean Park our attitude is to try and resolve disputes quickly and if possible without involving our clients in lengthy and costly court proceedings. This does not mean that we will walk away from a dispute where the parties cannot reach agreement. We prefer to aid the parties in negotiation but we have a competent and highly successful litigation team that offers expertise and solutions for a diverse range of issues, including:
